The RE/MAX Calgary & Area Group Advertising Committee, alongside more than 1,000 local RE/MAX associates, proudly invests in public events, fundraisers, and initiatives that strengthen our communities. This portal was created to give organizers access to free event resources that make a big impact and help events succeed on a larger scale.

Who We Are

We are the RE/MAX Calgary & Area Group Advertising Committee, supported by more than 1,000 RE/MAX associates who live, work, and serve communities across Calgary and the surrounding areas.

Real estate is our profession. Community is our purpose.

This program exists because we believe in showing up for the places that support us and investing back into the events that bring people together.

What This Is

This is the Community Support Portal.

A place where community organizations, fundraisers, festivals, athletic organizations, and public event organizers can request FREE event resources.

There is no cost to your organization.
No hidden fees.
Just support.

Resources are allocated based on first-come, first-served availability, event size, location, and service team scheduling.

What We Provide

Approved events may receive access to the following resources, subject to availability:

Jumping castles
Tethered hot air balloon (weather permitting)
Large inflatable event tents
Champagne hot air balloon rides for silent auction prizes

All items are delivered and installed by nationally recognized service providers, so you can focus on your event while we handle the logistics.

How It Works

Submit your event details using the form.
Our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility.
If approved and resources are available, delivery and installation are coordinated.

After your event, we ask that you share special event photos with our representative so we can celebrate your success and community impact.

Event Guidelines & Requirements

This section keeps everything transparent and ensures safety, fairness, and consistency across all supported events.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for support, events must meet the following criteria:

Public-facing community events with expected attendance of 300+ people
Events must follow all local government public safety recommendations, including any COVID-19 guidance

We are unable to support:

Realtor self-promotional events
Political or religious events
Private sports teams
School functions
Golf tournaments

Booking & Use Guidelines

Minimum two weeks’ notice is required for all bookings
If resources remain on site overnight, security is the responsibility of the borrower
Tents and inflatables require power on site
No BBQs or heaters are permitted inside tents or inflatables
All recognition for this donation must be credited as: "RE/MAX Calgary & Area Associates"

Branding, Safety & Care of Resources

A non-compete clause applies. No other real estate company branding may be displayed on site
Borrowers must provide security for RE/MAX Calgary & Area GA Committee resources while in their care
Any damage must be reported immediately to ensure unsafe items are not returned to inventory
Resources may not be used in moderate to high winds or unsafe weather conditions

Tethered Hot Air Balloon Weather Policy

The hot air balloon cannot be tethered in certain weather conditions, including wind, rain, hail, snow, or fog. Final safety determinations are made by the operator on site at the event.

Tent Anchoring & Surface Requirements

10' x 10' pop-up loaner tents must be properly anchored at all times. Proper anchoring is the sole responsibility of the borrower.

Tents may not be used in unfavorable weather conditions.

If tents are placed on gravel, pavement, or non-grass surfaces, Sundance Balloons will supply sandbags at no cost for safe anchoring.
